Prior to CMDL Dwight was with Robert Allan Ltd., and has held design positions at Peter Hatfield Ltd, Allied shipbuilders, AMFELS, and TransOcean Drilling. Dwight has a BTech. from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, a Diploma of Technology in Marine Systems Design from the Marine Institute of Technology, and a BSc in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University.
