The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s Deputy Minister’s Consulting Engineers Awards recognize the excellence of consulting engineers that partner with the Ministry in improving B.C.’s transportation infrastructure.
On Jan 18, 2015 Capilano Maritime Design Ltd. was awarded a Finalist Prize in recognition of Excellence in Specialized Engineering Services for the Upper Arrow Lake Ferry Replacement Project.
Capilano Maritime helped the Ministry to overcome several key challenges including balancing their budget and schedule constraints. The result was an affordable, simple and robust vessel.
